Somebody may come in here and say they booked a certain room type and got the right location for a fountain view. So you may need to request it at check-in and may not get it. It doesn't really look like that's the case, or at least no room type that guarantees that location. You could try calling the hotel to find out if there is a specific room type to book. This is a room in the right location, the video is 3 years old. "Go" room or "Flamingo" is not the key to getting the view. You need to be in the top half of the building. The second floor is definitely not going to be high enough. City View is hard to tell, it could be on the side you want, but it could also be on the side that faces north. I think I would avoid booking a Strip View, Garden View, or High Roller View. Unfortunately, they do not have a room type name that specifically matches up with that. You need a room on the side of the building that faces across Flamingo Rd, not across the strip. To get a good fountain view, don't book a Strip View room.
